A Landlord was left stunned and even regurgitated when he found garbage heaped high close by spoiled nourishment and even human waste a mother-of-four remaining behind before moving out from his property.

Landowner Shahin Miah who possesses the property situated in Erdington, Birmingham, guaranteed his previous inhabitant who had been living in the house for a long time with her four kids, emptied on Sunday and left the spot in a sickening state.

As indicated by him, he has been left with a colossal tidy up bill surpassing £2,000.

He stated: 'For the most recent year, she never opened the windows or shades. She never put the receptacles out on the correct day. I got suspicious when I went to the house to visit and she wouldn't give me access.

'She would state she was occupied and she was going out. I would request an opportunity to return and she never answered.

'Around four months back, there was gas works going on in the street and they told every one of the neighbors that there wouldn't be gas for a day.

'I called her however she never grabbed. In the end, I called her and said there was no gas in the house and they expected to go into the house and she said she would give them access and afterward she didn't.'

While Mr. Miah held requesting section to the house, the inhabitant at one point called the police who educated him it was an issue for the courts.

Mr Miah stated: 'She left me no keys so I needed to break in. When I saw the state of the house I was stunned. There was garbage all over the place, I couldn't step anyplace.

'There was nourishment all over. There was no entrance to the kitchen and washroom on the grounds that there was human waste on the floor. I obstructed my nose and heaved on the garage.'

Mr Miah included: 'There was only one bed left with human stool and earth on it. I feel that on the off chance that she was human, she wouldn't have done that.'
